First release: an RTMP ingest server.

- Simple handshake with per-step timeouts.
- Chunk stream parsing and assembly: fmt 0–3, all basic header widths,
  extended timestamps, interleaved chunk streams.
- Protocol control messages: Set Chunk Size, Abort, Acknowledgement, Window
  Acknowledgement Size, Set Peer Bandwidth, User Control (Stream Begin, Ping).
- AMF0 encode/decode.
- Commands: connect, releaseStream, FCPublish, createStream, publish,
  FCUnpublish, deleteStream, closeStream. `play` is rejected.
- FLV tag parsing: H.264 (AVCDecoderConfigurationRecord, NAL units,
  composition time) and AAC (AudioSpecificConfig, raw frames). Other legacy
  codecs passed through; Enhanced RTMP rejected cleanly.
- `onMetaData` and aggregate messages.
- `RTMP.Handler` behaviour, `RTMP.Listener` (on ThousandIsland), and
  `RTMP.disconnect/2`.
- Hard limits, backpressure through TCP flow control, and telemetry events.
